This handcrafted wrought iron pendant is compatible with every decorating style from contemporary to traditional. The unique matte metallic finish enhances the look of any room and casts a beautiful halo of light. The fixture has cool black and gray tones on a steel dome that has a slightly distressed retro appearance. Aged brass-tone cylinder fittings add to the simple look. The metal ceiling cap has the same gray color and texture that's on the shade. It will fit over standard electric boxes and "can light" sockets without the need for a medallion to hide the wiring. You may want to consider replacing your track lighting with several of these drop lamps in a large room with a high ceiling. The cable is flexible and adjustable so you can move the fixture up or down upon preference. The 8-inch diameter shade directs a circle of light right where you need it.
