Boost MidsoleUsing Boost technology in the rearfoot, the midsole of these shoes offers maximum energy return to keep every step charged with an endless supply of light, fast energy. This lightweight compound is made up of TPU pellets, which provide durable, adaptable and all-temperature performance.
Pebax Plate OutsoleThe Pebax Spike Plate features in the forefoot, with 4 spike receptacles, to increase traction in any conditions. This element of the shoe also allows you to dig into the track in order to gain a better grip so that you can reach your top speed across the finishing line.
**You don't want to feel your toe cramped up against the front of the shoe. A spike should feel like it was meant for your foot, a little more snug than a training shoe feels so we would recommend half a size up on normal shoes**
