**Adrienne Brown-David** Adrienne Brown-David had a childhood immersed in a world of art and creativity – from sketching on the sidewalk with chalk and broken pieces of brick, to visiting galleries and museums with her mother. After a year at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and some time teaching art in St. Louis, she moved to St. Croix where the beauty of the land and culture impacted her art in a huge way. Today she is settled in Mississippi with her husband and four daughters who influence her artistic style and subject matter as they grow.
