In its own words, Alemais is the “creative expression” of its founder; Australian designer Lesleigh Jermanus. A graduate in fine art, the designer’s education continues to inform her work to date – a characteristic exhibited perfectly in the Annie shorts, for example. The pair are woven in soft, breezy linen to a classic, mid rise silhouette that’s equipped with a drawstring waistband. The artistic influences?
