When Alexander McQueen says tread sole, it means tread sole. The (aptly-named) Tread Slick boots is fitted with an outrageously, gorgeously, marvellously over-the-top platform tread sole. The rest of the shoe is pretty nice, too – it’s cut from suede with a rubber toecap and lace-up silhouette.
