ARTIST BIO: Originally from the east coast of the United States, Piper now lives in rural Vermont where she paints from her picturesque farm studio, filled with beautiful natural light perfect for creating her art. Piper paints with a variety of mediums, surfaces, and textures. Her work is inspired by the natural wonders of New England: the rock formations of the New Hampshire Mountains, the running streams and rivers of Vermont, and the flora and gardens of coastal Maine. Her need to create is never-ending. She loves experimenting with paint and texture. Global textiles are a new obsession and inspiration for upcoming work.
