GORE-TEX Upper
A combination of engineered mesh and a GORE-TEX membrane, the Gel-Cumulus 24 GORE-TEX Running Shoes will keep your feet cool and dry no matter what conditions you tackle. The engineered mesh construction will wrap your foot comfortably in a layer of soft, breathable protection, with strategically placed perforations to allow a constant supply of airflow, preventing your feet from overheating. Additionally, the GORE-TEX panelling supplied on the uppers ensures that rain and snow won't enter the shoes, therefore keeping your feet dry and cosy even in poor weather. Further improving the comfort of the shoes, an improved heel fit keeps you secure and confident during your next session. Reflective details reside across the upper to enhance visibility during low light conditions, therefore keeping you safe on future runs. Finally, the shoes have a traditional lace-up closure, which provides you with a locked-in, secure sensation, preventing in-shoe from slipping, as well as, working alongside the cushioned tongue and collar to get the best possible fit.

FlyteFoam Blast MidsoleTo improve cushioning and flexibility, ASICS has added FlyteFoam BLAST cushioning to the midsole which creates a lightweight impact absorption zone and a responsive energy return. A 3D Space Construction has been implemented to the top layer of the midsole. This technology is implemented through a series of strategically planted pillars within the midsole, allowing runners to experience more compression in a specific area without reducing durability or stability. FlyteFoam helps create a smoother and more supportive ride, providing further cushioning and springy rebounds. This is done by utilising the force from your last step to power you into your next one, so you can go further than ever before. Additionally, rearfoot and forefoot GEL technology is utilised, to improve impact absorption, creating a softer feeling during footstrike. Lastly, an OrthoLite X-30 sockliner provides soft step-in comfort.
AHARPLUS OutsoleKeeping the shoes lightweight, yet durable, AHARPLUS rubber has been strategically placed in the heel to provide excellent grip and traction on varied surfaces. Flex grooves also adorn the outsole to provide added traction underfoot, the grooves allow for natural foot flexion for easy, unhindered paces. The full-ground contact design also creates a smoother, more efficient ride.
