FF BLAST Cushioning MidsoleThe midsole of the Gel-Kinsei Blast Running Shoes has been constructed using Flytefoam that provides the perfect balance of lightweight and rebound properties. These layers of protection, bounce, and comfort provide you with unmatched shock absorption and a lively ride. Flytefoam is the lightest cushioning material ASICS has ever made, 55% lighter than the industry standard midsole compounds and it buffers against the ground to protect you from unnecessary stress and fatigue. Embedded within this pillowy platform, and complimenting its bouncy nature, is the Rearfoot and forefoot GEL Cushioning System. It works to reduce shock during the impact phase and promotes a peaceful transition to midstance. For a faster underfoot feeling, the Gel-Kinsei Blast Running Shoes feature a Pebac Propulsion Plate that is designed to redirect your energy forward resulting in a faster running feel.
Strategic Engineered OutsoleDeveloped using a durable rubber outsole, the ASICS Gel-Kinsei Blast Running Shoes ensures improved grip in varied conditions. The rubber outsole is able to form a solid bond with the ground beneath it to ensure traction and grip on road surfaces. As well as this, the rubber outsole is highly durable to ensure long-lasting wear. The durable nature of the rubber will not wear down easily so these shoes will withstand the trials and tribulations of running. Completing the outsole are flex grooves that assist with grip and form a solid base to push from. The grooves allow the whole of the outsole to naturally flex where the foot flexes to increase comfort as well as performance.
