Its highly pigmented colour and velvety soft texture means BECCA’s Powder Shimmer Eye Colour in Brocade creates an even finish which will endure hours of wear. Fragrance and preservative free it is suitable for the most sensitive eyes and its unique formula incorporates special moisture-binding agents for a comfortable, no mess application. The fine shimmer softly illuminates, deflects discoloration and brightens eyes and the range of neutral shades flatter every skin tone from fresh snowy white to sexy smoky black and can be applied to create a subtle or dramatic effect. Directions of use: Use lighter colours to highlight the brow bone and centre of the eyelid; darker colours to contour the crease and line the eyes; and mid tones to colour the base of the eyelids.
