Gore-Tex Upper
An upgrade to their predecessors, the Supalite II's still have their exceptional Gore-Tex lining, however have been streamlined into a one-piece leather construction. Providing you with all-day comfort, the Supalite II Walking Boots utilise a Gore-Tex membrane through the leather construction, which works to ensure feet remain dry and comfortable even during wet weather. This is done by efficiently repelling the water that lands on the shoes, and ensuring it cannot enter the inside of the boots. Despite preventing water from entering, the shoes will however allow hot unwanted air to rapidly escape, therefore keeping your feet fresh and comfortable on those long hikes, so your feet will never get clammy. The one-piece leather construction provided will ensure that feet are protected from knocks and bumps, and will also prevent abrasion and blisters causing discomfort to your feet. This comfortable upper also has additional protection for your feet thanks to the sheep leather features on the internal collar and tongue. These also feature memory foam detailing to keep ankles protected and feet comfortable. Completing the upper of these walking boots are a lacing system that works to lock down the midfoot, allowing you to enjoy distraction-free strides.
Lightweight EVA MidsoleA full-length platform of EVA resides underfoot for lightweight, responsive cushioning. Generous, soft and durable, it spares your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces. Exceptionally lightweight, the EVA ensures long-lasting cushioning to keep you comfortable on long-distance days. EVA is extremely firm, which will absorb shocks instantly and effectively, preventing them from causing any damage to the sole of the foot. Vibram Rubber OutsoleDeveloped using a Vibram outsole, the Supalite II provides extreme grip and traction for all surface wear. Developed for extremely slippery terrain, the extremely durable rubber can form a solid bond with the ground to anchor you in place. Despite facing abuse from rough ground, the rubber stands up against this, deflecting the blows and retaining a strong shape and structure. Ensuring multi-directional grip the outsole ensures traction on varied terrain ensuring confident footing on varied terrain.
