The tapered and angled felt tips are ideal for outlining, defining and creating seductive eyes with control and precision. How to Use: Shake well. Hold eyeliner pen at a slight angle and apply close to the base of eye lashes. Use a light touch for fine lines or a firmer touch for bolder lines. Apply color using short strokes starting from the inner corner of the eye and working towards the outer corner.
