The workplace was simpler back then, with fewer possibilities as far as professions go. If we weren't able to be doing this, selling to you wonderful customers, we think we would want to own a tavern back in the good old days. Our tavern would be everyone's favorite place in town. When you finishing up a long day of farming or blacksmithing, you can come on down to the "Fun Tavern" (That's what we're calling it.) and have a good hot meal and a pint of ale. You can talk to all your friends and neighbors, and pick up on the latest gossip in the town! Our little tavern is going to be fun, that's a promise! FUN DETAILS This costume turns you into a tavern maiden from long ago! Back before the rise of technology and the industrial revolution. This costume comes in the form of a long dress and belt. The dress is styled to look like the clothing of an older time, and is layered to look like more than one piece! Over the dress you'll be wearing a belt, a simple fashion statement to add to your tavern's professionalism.TAVERN NAMESWhen you become a tavern maiden, people will expect your tavern to have a name. Not sure what to call yours? Don't sweat it! Not everyone can come up with cool names like The Fun Tavern. Try picking an animal, and then pick an adjective that starts with the same letter! You could end up with names like the sparring sparrows, or the hungry hornet, or the gross giraffe. The giraffe name needs work, but you see the point. Good luck!
