That way you can monitor all magic, and make sure that they are only using it for good reasons!FUN DETAILS This costume will turn your little one into a witch in training! They'll be wearing a dress that has the striped shirt built in underneath. The dress is black and has orange accents, giving this costume a classic Halloween feel.
