Description
Small-town curmudgeon Duncan Mayor (Andy Garcia) didn't have a lot of use for most people, but he doted on loving wife Suzy (Mary-Louise Parker). However, when she's sent home from the hospital-and facing perhaps their last holiday season together-he wanted to restage his marriage proposal... and if that meant erecting a 45-foot used Ferris wheel in the backyard over the stunned locals' objections, that's what he was going to do.
