Biny Bedside is a stylish and practical headboard lamp with two separate light sources: a soft general light with adjustable flaps and a precise spotlight that allows you to read comfortably without disturbing your partner. The lamps can be switched on either individually or both at the same time. Biny Bedside features a hardwired wall mount, integrated LED technology and a USB port that can be used eg. for charging a smartphone. Reproduced by DCW éditions, the Biny collection is based on the modernist designs of the French luminaire designer Jacques Biny who opened his workshop in 1955. Biny’s work was characterized by efficiency, elegance and modest simplicity.
