No tools or lamps needed, this two-step system is cruelty free and formulated without formaldehyde, toluene or dibutyl phthalate and is the perfect way to get the look of a gel manicure using any regular nail lacquer. - E.D Directions for use:- Apply a thin, even layer of Gel Lab Base Coat and wait one minute to dry. - Paint two coats of nail colour and wait two minutes to dry after each coat. - Finish with a thin layer of Gel Lab Top Coat (apply sparingly to avoid uneven coating).
