Of course, it isn't really an accurate name for the world. Not everything in the Wizarding World is a wizard, after all. There are a ton of magical creatures that drastically outnumber the folks who chuck spells at their local schools with wands at the ready. It is for the creatures of the Magical World that we're looking for an ambassador. We need a wizard who can speak for the critters and make sure that their voices, howls, hoots, and snarls are all heard! Naturally, we can't just turn to the first Animagus who hangs out with the wolves, either. Those are just wizards who like animals. We need someone that understands the nuances of creatures near, far, and in-between.
