Alpine Backsystem - A slim, flexible backsystem designed with two body-hugging soft stripe pads with a channel between for chimney effect ventilation and a removable X-frame of curved profile aluminum stays. Fits torso length 16 - 21. Ergonomically S-shaped narrow shoulder straps with 3D AirMesh lining - Load adjustment straps at shoulders. Compact and supple hip fins provide a snug fit and even weight transfer to the hips. Pull-Forward construction makes the hip belt easy to fasten and tighten even with heavier loads. One gear loop and one zippered side pocket on hipbelt. Centrally mounted hipbelt for a compact fit. Large two way zip opening. Accessory loops for gear or helmet holder attachment. Stowable ice axe and pole attachments.
