This costume is just like Elena's favorite gown in which she fights villains, rides Jaquins, and holds court. The red satin gown has a neckline ruffle overlaid with glitter-sprinkled organza. The waistline is accented with an Elena buckle on the attached ribbon sash. The skirt has plenty of twirl factor with a ruffle around the hemline and up the sides of the slit. All Elena needs is her magical scepter and she's ready to rule!
