Description
The Lampadina table lamp emanates industrial aesthetics with a name that replicates the playful simplicity of the design – lampadina is italian for ”light bulb”. Lampadina, designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1972, comprises a round, partially sandblasted bulb with no shade, and a reel-like base that contains the excess power cord. Despite the industrial and perhaps a bit stark appearance, Lampadina provides a soft, diffused light due to the sandblasted glass globe.
