The Grand Bazaar Malana collection is hand woven out of viscose and wool. Made in India, the Malana has a low pile texture that brings a luxurious sheen and effortless style to any modern space. Instead of being sheared like tufted rugs, woven rug piles are maintained to create an embroidery like texture. Either produced on a hand operated loom, or woven by hand, this method is like hand tufting, but the yarn loops stay intact. The pattern is an artful spin on the classic stripe.
