Description
Designed by Robert Dudley Best, the Bestlite BL2 table lamp is highly influenced by the Bauhaus period and has been in continuous production since the 1930s. BL2 is a compact and highly functional table lamp. It is rotatable and therefore can light every corner optimally. Also the British premier Winston Churchill fell for the Bestlite. In addition to sitting on his desk in Whitehall, he also took the lamp with him on his countless trips around the world. Loved by architects, designers and design lovers for the past 80 years, Bestlite today is a genuine global design icon.
