Gubi Tynell 1965 pendant
Description
The Tynell 1965 pendant is one of Finnish lighting designer Paavo Tynell’s classic luminaires from 1948, relaunched by the Danish brand GUBI in 2018. For Finnish Design Shop’s anniversary collection, the pendant was clad in a new greenish-grey hue called silk grey. Typical of Tynell, the softly curved metal shade of the pendant is decorated with a triangular perforation pattern, giving the surface a vivid sparkle. Due to the frosted glass diffuser, Tynell 1965 emits a soft, glare-free light.
