Description
As its name suggests, the Soft Edge chair from HAY features a pleasant, rounded design: the edges of the backrest and seat curve back eliminating sharp edges and corners. Iskos-Berlin has utilized the latest innovations in moulded plywood that allow new three-dimensional forms and reduced consumption of natural resources. The lightweight and stackable Soft Edge chair is well suited for homes and public spaces alike. In 2021, Hay renewed the surface treatments of its wood furniture by replacing the paints and lacquers with water-based alternatives. Please note that hue is slightly different in the new and old version.
