They clean, wash, and dye the wool and weave it with vegetable-dyed wool to create this stunning rug. Due to its handmade nature, the size may vary from the advertised size by 3-4 inches. The majority of the weavers are women who live in the villages of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India. By creating more job opportunities for these women, we are able to help the community thrive.
