Description
Heston Blumenthal has teamed up with Salter to produce the 5 in 1 Digital Thermometer. Suitable for roasting, barbecuing, deep frying, confectionary and manual timing, the ultra-precise thermometer features a 14.5cm probe that works within a temperature range of -45°C to 200°C and features an easy-grip silicone handle. The thermometer boasts Intelligent Roasting that offers a countdown to the finish time and dual sensors that measure food and oven temperatures with an accuracy of 0.1°. The device is pre-programmed with Heston’s recommended settings and a manual system allows you to set your own temperature if necessary. A pan clip stops the thermometer from moving whilst food is cooking.
