Waxed Leather Upper
Featuring a full-grain waxed 2mm Anfibio Leather, the Ravine Lite's are exceptionally comfortable, whilst also being greatly durable. The Waxed Leather is what gives the boots the outstanding waterproof bootie construction, combined with Hi-Tec's Dri-Tec technology, making the Ravine a great boot for any intrepid outdoorsy person. Surrounding the top of your foot and ankle is a soft cushioning of foam, in the form of a collar to provide extra comfort. The foam collar has anti-chafing and anti-irritation properties, to prevent distraction, so you can keep enjoying the scenery. Inside the shoe, there is a moisture-wicking lining, which will keep the foot dry from sweating. Finally, completing the upper of the Ravine Lite's is a lacing system to lock your foot in place, and keep your feet comfortable on the whole adventure.
EVA MidsoleAn EVA midsole, offers you gentle cushioning and protection from the inevitable bumps and scrapes you could be subject to on rocky paths. As well as this, there is a nylon insert in the midsole, which will absorb shocks from concentrated pressures on the bottom of the shoe will have no effect, resulting in a comfortable and injury-free foot. A soft inner sole also provides a gentle feel directly on the bottom of the foot.
Tough Rubber OutsoleThe high-quality rubber outsole serves various purposes. Being extremely durable and abrasion-resistant it can protect itself when exposed to adventurous landscapes. The outsole has defined lugs offering supreme grip and traction in adversity. The whole of the sole is shock absorbent, and this begins with the outsole which starts the resistance, which gets further dealt with by the rest of the sole.
