It's designed to offer more space on the side of the forefoot and around the big toe. It allows hikers with wider feet to be more comfortable on easy hikes. The Banks shoe is made from 100% nubuck leather certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). This confirms not only the particularly high quality of the leather, but also its compliance with environmental standards and sustainable manufacturing. The 1.5 millimeter-thick polyurethane foam wedge in the midsole provides a smoother ride, significantly better shock absorption and longer-lasting comfort.
