The Strokefloat from Huub is a three-layered swimming float with a double hand strap, which any level swimmer can use for swimming drills.
The Huub Strokefloat utilises three different layers of buoyancy to cater for all abilities and can be changed easily to perform a wide range of developmental swimming drills. The Strokefloat creates buoyancy for single-arm drills and side lateral kicking drills and these exercises will help to develop core strength in the water, improving their overall technique. The buckle and strap keep the Strokefloat together, making it easy to alter the number of floats you want to use and help to hold the swimmer's hand/s in place.
