Jacquemus’ SS24 show was held at the Maeght Foundation, home to 13,000 pieces of modern art. Make that 13,001, thanks to the presentation of the Pablo shirt. It takes all the trappings of the wardrobe classic, but they're spun in a subversive way that’s so intrinsic to the French designer. A point collar, patch pocket and buttoned placket are all present and correct, stitched at playful angles and shaped with asymmetric finishes.
