The Index set features four colour-coded chopping boards and four knives designed for chopping up different food types, with each board including non-stick feet and index-style tabs for quick board selection. Each knife is colour-coded to match its corresponding board and is crafted especially for its specific task, whether that be chopping up fish, meat, vegetables or cooked food. The set has also been updated with a juice-catching groove in the red meat board, a sloping rim for capturing food and liquids on the green vegetable board, an integrated fish-grip mechanism on the blue seafood board, and crumb-catching grooves on the white cooked food board.
