To guarantee complete protection from the weather and damp conditions, the Nxis Evo Waterproof Walking Shoes use KEEN.DRY technology to seal moisture out. This membrane surrounds the upper, acting as a block to prevent any droplets of water from entering and causing discomfort to the feet. Additionally, this membrane along with the performance mesh upper will allow air to flow in and out constantly, which means that you won't have a build-up of unwanted and uncomfortable air within the Shoes that is unable to escape. Having a shoe that regularly pumps air out and allows fresher air in, ensures that you will always feel comfortable. The performance mesh upper is fitted with TPU reinforcement overlays giving the Shoes a durable feel and providing ideal protection and shielding for your feet against debris on the trail; allowing you to move fast over a variety of surfaces with confidence. Designed with Fit-Iconic KEEN Fit the shoes deliver a comfortable feel across the forefoot allowing your toes to spread out comfortably, enabling easy footing as you explore. Enhancing the comfort fit, the shoes feature a KonnectFit heel-capture system and KEEN Comfort Heel Control, both included for their secure and supportive locked-in feel. The Keen Comfort Heel Control also offers added support for the Achilles providing padding for a more secure fit. The shoes are treated with a coating that is based on natural probiotics that block the growth of odour-causing microbes; meaning that you will always feel and smell fresh. Finally, the upper is finished with a speed lace webbing system providing a comfortably snug feel and helping to reduce in-shoe slippage as you move.

Constructed using an EVA midsole, the Nxis Evo provides comfortable cushioning with a lightweight feel that keeps you going all day long. The dual-density EVA provides significant cushioning and comfort to help improve the level of your performance so you can stay at your optimum level, for longer. Holding excellent cushioning abilities, the midsole absorbs shocks as you move throughout the gait cycle providing resilient cushioning and reducing the risks of potential injury. A removable PU insole also features within the midsole to provide added cushioning and support. The insole sits comfortably under the foot and can be easily removed if you'd prefer not to use it.

Providing ultimate, all-around protection, the Nxis Evo features a KEEN.ALL-TERRAIN rubber outsole. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on the most challenging terrain; it works to protect itself from damage and protect users from losing control and slipping. This high-traction rubber promotes grip on a multitude of surfaces while delivering the durability you need to go the distance. Completing the outsole are 4mm multi-directional lugs that provide meaningful traction on tough terrain. The lugs dig into the ground, anchoring you in place.
