KEEN Terradora II Mid Waterproof Women's Walking Boots

Developed to provide lightweight, breathable support, the Keen Terradora II Walking Boots have been constructed using a performance mesh upper. The lightweight and supportive mesh swathe the foot in breathable comfort to ensure you remain cool and comfortable at all times. The mesh allows cool air to flow throughout the upper whilst, at the same time allowing hot humid air to escape so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. This creates a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in so you can go further for longer. As well as this, lightweight overlays also feature on the upper to provide an abundance of support; the overlays ensure structure and support whilst also providing added durability to keep your feet protected on rocky terrain. Keen Dry technology is also incorporated into the upper to provide resistance against sweat and moisture which is inevitable during exercise. The breathable membrane keeps your feet cool, dry and comfortable as it wicks away the sweat and moisture so you can focus on your performance without discomfort or distraction. The waterproof nature of KeenDry keeps you protected when the weather takes a turn for the worst. Completing the upper is a KonnectFit heel-capture system which works with the lacing system to provide a lock-in feel. These two technologies work in tandem to lock down the midfoot and heel to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Constructed using a women-specific last, the midsole of the Terradora II provides comfortable cushioning that is tailored to suit women's feet perfectly. The women-specific EVA provides significant cushioning and comfort to help improve the level of your performance so you can stay at your optimum level, for longer. Holding excellent cushioning abilities, the midsole absorbs shocks as you move throughout the gait cycle providing resilient cushioning and reducing the risks of potential injury. A removable dual-density EVA insole also features within the midsole to provide added cushioning and support. The insole sits comfortably under the foot and can be easily removed if you'd prefer not to use it. With built-in arch support, the insole cradles the heel and reduced impacts to ensure complete comfort as you strike down. As well as this, Keen's ECO Anti-Odour technology has also been used on the insole to reduce odour causing bacteria. The insole feature probiotic technology that naturally breaks down odour in sweat without heavy metals or hazardous chemicals. Completing the midsole is a stability shank which delivers lightweight support and reduces the chance of ankle rolling or injury by providing a bit more stability to the foot whilst on of rough terrain.

Providing ultimate, all-around protection, the Terradora II Mid features an Keen.all-terrain rubber outsole. The durable rubber provides a strong grip on the most challenging terrain; it works to protect itself from damage, and protect users from losing control and slipping. It is also highly durable meaning no matter what you throw at it, the terradora will perform time and time again. This high traction rubber promotes grip on a multitude of surfaces while delivering the durability you need to go the distance. Completing the outsole are 4mm multi-directional lugs which provide meaningful traction on tough terrain. The lugs dig into the ground, anchoring you in place. This will also benefit you by acting as a solid base for you to push off from when taking a stride, as well as digging into the ground when braking and changing direction.
