La Pastiche Protecting the Groceries with Verona Cafe Frame
Description
20" X 24"" Protecting the Groceries was painted in1886 by American genre painter, Edward Lamson Henry. After serving in the American Civil War, Henry settled into Greenwich Village (the same area as Winslow Homer) and painted everyday life. Many of his pieces are heavily influenced not only by his time as a Union soldier but also the time that he spent studying abroad in France. Our hand-painted oil reproduction offers the same impressionistic stylings and spring-like color palette. Frame Description: Verona Cafe Frame"
