Lokal Helsinki Maja vase
Description
The Maja vase is a geometrically shaped single-flower vase with a soft matte finish that accentuates the clean-lined shape and adds a tactile feel to the design. Thanks to its removable lid, can also be used for storing jewellery or other small treasures. Each Maja vase is handmade by ceramicist Saija Halko. Maja is part of the LOKAL x FDS collection, a collaboration created to spotlight local artisans and designers who perhaps are a little more unknown to the general public. Curated by Lokal Helsinki and Finnish Design Shop, the collection consists of unique, locally-manufactured products made in small-scale production, many even by hand in the designers' own workshops.
