Ophthalmologically-tested, it can be used on the inner rim to enhance the natural colour of your eyes. Directions: Apply along the inside of the eyelids, or for an intense kohl look apply on inside lower lid and outside upper lid. For a more discreet look, apply using fine, precise lines. Blink firmly after application to naturally smudge. It can be used with or without eyeshadow.
