Suitable for sensitive eyes, the Lord & Berry Silk Kajal Eye Pencil lines and defines eyes, leaving a silky smooth, semi-matte finish. Easy to control, the kohl is smudgeable for a sexy look. Ophthalmologically-tested, it can be used on the inner rim to enhance the natural colour of your eyes. Directions: Apply along the inside of the eyelids, or for an intense kohl look apply on inside lower lid and outside upper lid. For a more discreet look, apply using fine, precise lines. Blink firmly after application to naturally smudge. It can be used with or without eyeshadow.
