Description
A small geode cleaved in half reveals a sparkling crystal drusy-filled hollow. Each geode half is encased in an organically shaped brass bezel that follows the stone's unique contour, and the bezel is set with a sprinkling of cubic zirconia gems for extra shimmer. Drusy stones sizes will vary. Lyrical Jewels: A harmonic collection of jewelry pieces highlighting dramatic, lustrous semi-precious stones and radiant golden metals. Drusy Geode: Geodes are spherical rocks that contain hollow cavities lined with a layer--a "drusy"—of crystals. The word drusy is defined as "covered in minute crystals," while geode derives from the Greek word geoides, meaning earthlike. Geodes are indeed like sparkling elliptical worlds of their own.
