Originally introduced at Maison Margiela’s first show in 1989, the Tabi silhouette is inspired by traditional Japanese split-toe socks. Showcased on these trainers, they have black canvas uppers contrasted with white ‘MM’ stitching on the sides. The brand's signature number is stitched onto the tongue, too. Upper: Canvas.
