Marimekko Alku tray
Description
Marimekko's Alku tray is adorned with a dotted pattern by Maija Louekari. The tray is made of laminated, waterproof birch plywood and it is suitable for serving all kinds of foods and snacks. Released in 2019, Alku (”the beginning”) and Eläköön elämä (”salute to life”) celebrate the 10th anniversary of two Marimekko classics, Maija Louekari’s Siirtolapuutarha collection and Sami Ruotsalainen’s Oiva tableware range. The dotted Alku depicts the seeds of the flowers on the Eläköön elämä pattern.
