Marimekko Musta Tamma tray
Description
The Musta Tamma tray from Marimekko features Maija Isola’s 1954 print depicting a horse – the name Musta Tamma translates to “black mare”. The print was inspired by Isola’s childhood daydreams of running free in a forest surrounded by a herd of horses. The tray is made of birch plywood, with the reverse side in a lovely natural birch colour.
