Marimekko’s Pieni Räsymatto bath towel features Maija Louekari’s attractive pattern depicting the texture of traditional rag rugs in a delightful, graphic manner. The petrol blue and black pattern is featured on the other side of the cotton terrycloth towel in opposite colours. Maija Louekari's Siirtolapuutarha ("allotment garden") and Räsymatto ("rag rug") patterns tell stories about country life in an urban environment with a pleasant feeling of nostalgia. Originally released in 2009, the patterns have become classics of modern Finnish design.
