Marimekko Primavera tray
Description
The Primavera tray by Marimekko is decorated with a lush, energetic pattern designed by Maija Isola in 1972. The Finnish designer and visual artist painted the pattern while living abroad, and the stylized marigolds can be seen as an expression of her longing for home. The round tray is made of laminated, waterproof birch plywood with the bottom side left natural. The tray is perfect for serving snacks or breakfast and also makes a lovely decorative piece in the kitchen or dining room.
