Marolins Little White ball with grooves Christmas Ornaments. Set of 3 ornaments. Dimensions of each ball LxWxH 1.18 x 1.18 x 2 inches. Each ball is made of hand-blown glass. Each ornament is painted with environmentally friendly paints. A patina is applied to the ball, which gives the ornament its nostalgic character. The shapes are based on old templates from Lauscha. Over the course of time, Christmas tree decorations have taken many forms. This trio of 2-inch balls are hand-blown glass using molds based on the old templates of Lauscha. They have grooves running from the top of the ornament to the bottom. They are painted in a white and light brown color and then finished with patina to give it its unique vintage appearance. Although they are very simply stated, they would be a striking addition to any Christmas tree as they are reminiscent of old-fashioned ornament balls. This trio was produced in Steinach, Germany, by Marolin Manufaktur, who has been producing high-quality ornaments, decorations, and figurines for European collectors. This ornament exemplifies Marolins niche of producing mouth-blown ornaments using old molds, then painting and finishing the items in such a way to create a vintage or antique appearance.
