The MXM1-2 .5F Countertop Merchandiser/Freezer is designed for durability and visual appeal in promoting your product . Glass door merchandisers are energy efficient and effective at keeping product at exactly the right temperature, so food stays fresher longer . The simple-to-use but precise manual controls allow for easy temperature adjusting and flexible use of the unit to preserve freshness and prolong product shelf life . This unit is constructed with an attractive white painted steel exterior, ABS interior with two heavy-duty, polyethylene-coated wire shelves . The interior LED lighting makes your products look more attractive and allows for easier viewing of the contents . The multi-pane glass door with magnetic gasket (perimeter magnetic compression gaskets are readily replaced without tools) is self-closing for convenience and energy efficiency and is lockable to protect the contents when the merchandizer/freezer is left unattended . This unit is made with an internal condensate evaporator pan; therefore, no drain connection is required . Foam urethane insulation is used to minimize heat loss and improve the unit's temperature regulation, resulting in cost-effective performance and a holding temperature of 0ºF to 10°F . (-18°C to -12°C) Digital temperature display can be recessed in top of unit or raised for easy viewing, easily visible from up to 15' away .
