Menu Troll vase
Description
Menu’s round Troll vases were born from the study of glass and its properties. Anderssen & Voll illustrate in a beautiful manner how the thickness of the material affects the intensity of its colour: the opaque, solid base shifts into a transparent, bubble-like top. The name Troll comes from Theodor Kittelsen’s painting Nøkken, where an eerie water spirit rises from the dark waters of a forest pond.
