Mepra was created in 1947, but the entrepreneurial story of the Prandelli family starts many years earlier. In 1901, brothers Bortolo, Francesco and Giovanbattista create the first family business, Prandelli, in the Lumezzane Valley by the banks of River Gobbia to make use of its water's kinetic energy that would allow machinery to operate. Today Mepra products appear on the tables of renown and multi award-winning restaurants and hundreds of thousands of people's homes. The Hammered Pattern is a reproduction of a hand-made fork hammered by an artisan from the mountains in northern Italy. This Epoque Flatware has an ergonomic handle that is very comfortable to hold. Our flatware is completely dishwasher-safe and resistant to rust, corrosion, fading, tarnishing, and chipping. Made in Italy Stainless steel is coated with PVD. The finish is a durable titanium coating.
