The upper of the Fly Strike is crafted from a durable outdoor mesh that can stand the pressure of the trail. Thanks to the inherent breathability of the mesh, heat and vapour can escape, keeping your feet feeling cool and happy. A GORE-TEX membrane helps feet stay dry from the inside and out, blocking out external water molecules, whilst allowing built-up moisture within the shoe to escape, whilst a traditional lace closure allows you to find the perfect fit. The padded collar sits comfortably against the skin for plush comfort, whilst the decorative stitching provides a stylish look.
Lightweight EVA MidsoleFeaturing a lightweight EVA foam, the midsole ensures a stable step and long-lasting comfort so you can continue without any distractions from discomfort. A recycled integrated EVA foam insole offers additional comfort for all-day wear. This combination ensures ample cushioning and softness underfoot for maximum comfort, whilst providing plenty of support for hard-working feet. Super Rebound Compound provides durable shock absorption in the heel to help reduce torque and allow for a smooth transition into the midfoot.
Merrell Sticky Rubber OutsoleDelivering extremely strong and durable grip on mixed terrain, the outsole will keep you firmly in control. With durable traction that grips when and where you need it, the rubber will form a strong bond with the ground beneath it to anchor you in place. The rubber is also highly durable, which will mean that it will stand up against abuse, maintaining its shape and definition for long-term functionality.
