Mizuno Enerzy integrated in the heel area and in the upper part of the midsole. New Wave plate design with smoother waves and a flatter midsection for a smoother transition feel. Enerzy foam and the Wave plate work. Midsole thickness increased by 2mm. Increased outsole size for a more stable ride. Reinforced heel area at the base. Lacing system with flat laces. Padded collar. Lightly padded tongue. Slightly stiffer toe cap.
