Exhibition Road is a purple and gold glitter varnish that can be applied over the top of a base colour to add some sparkle, or alone for a glamorous nail look. - K.R Directions for use: Apply 1 coat on top of your base colour for a subtle glitter. Apply 2 coats to a clear top coat for an opaque glittery nail.
